You will need to enter some details like your mobile number, email ID, date of birth, etc. to create a password. After entering your beneficiary ID, password, and captcha code, click on "Sign In" button.

After logging in, you will see your beneficiary details on the screen. You will also see a tab called "Download" on the upper bar. Click on it and then choose "Plastic Card" option from the drop-down menu. You will see a list of your family members and their beneficiary IDs on the screen. You will also see a download symbol against each member.

You can then take a color print or plastic card print of your card and use it as required. Make sure to print both sides of the card and laminate it for durability.
